Sreeleela, born on June 14, 2001 in Detroit, Michigan, is an Indian-American actress who works primarily in Telugu and Kannada films. Her mother, a gynecologist named Swarnalatha, raised her in Bangalore, India. Sreeleela began training in Bharatanatyam dancing as a child and hoped to be a doctor. As of 2021, she was in her final year of MBBS studies. In February 2022, she adopted two differently able children.

Sreeleela started her acting career as a kid artist in 2017. She rose to stardom with her major performance in the 2019 Kannada film "Kiss," which got her the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut - Kannada. She further established her career with significant performances in Telugu films such as "Dhamaka" (2022) and "Pelli SandaD" (2021).

Sreeleela's dedication to her medical studies and acting profession, as well as her commitment to social problems, have propelled her to prominence in the South Indian film industry.
